Barn wood For Sale

This is the remaining lumber from the 1926 vintage barn located on 53rd street in Davenport Iowa which was partially built with materials from a pre 1900s barn. It is now at our storage site at 8th St and Gaines as pictured above.

We have salvaged both rough sawn boards and timbers as well as 1920s dimensional lumber.

July 23, 2011 Remaining wood mostly 6" x 6" x ? yellow pine or Douglas fir beams and 8" X 8' x 8' rough sawn timbers.

~~The old rough sawn 2" x 8" joists are painted white are are believed to be chestnut (light weight and very brown).~~SOLD

Most of the 6" x 6" lumber is from the 1926 barn and is either fir or yellow pine.

There is also some 2" x 8" x 16' fir or pine joists see last photos.
