The Whistle Stop Saving 716 West 5th Street In 2015 the city proposed demolishing 716 West 5th St. without taking ownership or having a plan for its future reuse. GRG stepped in to stop the demolition and after 2 years in July 2017 was finally able to get ownership from Scott county. Now the work begins .
