April 2006 Receive $10,000 in loans from 822 Supporters start demolition and clean up. May 2006 Get water and Temporary Electric service. Sign HAPPEN agreement June 2006 Receive $30,000 Loan from Quad Cities Housing Cluster. Mark Construction starts reframing. August 2006 Get permanent Electric Service. Mark finishes framing and roof. September 2006 Furnace installed. Gas run. Gas Meter installed. October 2006 Completed rough plumbing. Completed rough electrical completed interior framing.
