On December 2nd and 3rd 2006, in conjunction with the Gold Coast and Hamburg Historic District Association's Home for the Holiday Christmas home tour, GRG held an open house to show our progress in restoration of the store. We also brought some samples of salvage that we have collected over the last 2 years. We had several hundred people thru the shop during those 2 days despite a snow storm the day before and temperatures in the low teens.

All were very impressed.
